Property Valuations

It is a fact that all real estate is local and prices are set by market demand. A common question from our clients is ‘what is my property worth?’. Livingintown Realty Group offers a full BPO (Broker Price Opinion) prior to listing any property. Different from an appraisal, this is the first step in demonstrating to a client our understanding of the determinants of value. Livingintown Realty Group additionally conducts site visits, reviews leases, assess zoning options and perform a detailed cash flows analysis of current and projected performance. All information collected on the property is researched and verifiable.

A BPO is not an appraisal but should your needs warrant an appraisal, we have relationships with numerous licensed appraisers who can perform that service.

We work hand in hand with our management division or outside property managers to ensure we maximize the value of our representation in any transaction.
